[Review] Nutrafor White Beauty

I bought this food supplement because of its good review. I've read some reviewers said that this product may doesn't suit them and I ignore them. I gave this product a try. I tried this product because of its claim to lightening the body (not only the face), strengthen hair and nail. Sounds really efficient, isn't? 

 Nutrafor White Beauty

This product is nutrients for skin to maintain its health. Nutrafor white beauty is a food supplement formulated to fulfill the needs of skin nutrition and help to maintain the skin health. Consist of 4 main ingredients : Collactive, Rice Brand Ceramide, Horsetail Extract and Lycopene. 

 Its ingredients

 I bought 16 capsules package and I get a box contains two strips of capsules, ingredients, and 'The Perfect 10' booklet as you can see in the first picture above. The capsules has pink color and quite big.

How to use : 

Drink 2 capsules twice a day. 

Result : 

I just drank 4 capsules for 4 days. Yeah, I just drank one capsule a day. I avoid too much food supplement because I think that we already get nutrition from our food. Why I just drank 4 capsules? I felt itchy on my back. I didn't use any other product on my back, so I thought that it's because of this supplement. Besides, acne became swollen. Then I stopped drink this capsules. 

I don't know why it gave the bad result on me because I read that this product works well on some people. Yeah, different people have different result. 

What I like : 

- Nothing, this product doesn't work well on me.

What I don't like : 

- Pricey

- It has bad effects on me

[Review] Mustika Ratu Hair Care and Experienced of Hair Damage Because of Silica

Hi Girls, have you ever experienced your hair damaged because of shampoo? Yes I have. Few months ago, I tried new shampoo and conditioner, you can read here, and the result, my hair has split hair and drier. After searching some blogs about it , I found out that they contain silica. Silica gave result my hair became straight and smooth at the first two weeks, but then, my hair became dry and drier. Based on my searching, it says that silica covers and protect the hair, but also cover the scalp and prevent nutrient to enter the scalp. 

After my hair damaged, I tried to use baby shampoo. My hair became more dry and dull using the baby shampoo. Yeah, no wonder, I used strong chemical shampoo before and then limited chemical ingredient in baby shampoo. My hair became more drier and dull. At that time, I really hate my hair. 

I gave up on baby shampoo. I tried some natural shampoo, and I chose Mustika Ratu hair care. Mustika Ratu is an Indonesian brand that has long history in beauty industry. They claim that their product are based on traditional prescription used by Javanese princesses. Javanese princesses are well known for their beauty. I tried this product and had high hope that it would solve my hair problem. 

Mustika Ratu Hair Care Product

Mustika Ratu hair care product that I use are minyak cem-ceman (hair oil), shampoo daun waru (hibiscus leaf shampoo), dan bilasan santan (coconut milk conditioner). Actually, there is one left, hair tonic, but because I already use hair tonic from another brand, I didn't buy the Mustika Ratu hair tonic product.

To make it easy, I will review the products one by one. It's also because each product has different functions and effects.

1. Mustika Ratu Cem-ceman Hair Oil
This Mustika Ratu hair oil is different from another hair oil. If you usually use hair oil after shampooing, you should apply this Mustika Ratu hair oil one hour or a night before shampooing. That's why it's called cem-ceman. Its function are to shine your hair the true color of your hair. Yes, because it's made for Indonesian women, it's used for black hair. I don't know about its effect for blonde, brown, brunette, or other hair colours.

This product is made of coconut oil, traditionally processed with special natural herbal to shine your hair, help preventing grey hair from growth,  and strengthening hair root to prevent broken hair/hair loss. Again, it may just for people with black hair. If you have another hair colour, you should contact the company. They will respond your questions. I've done it before asking about another Mustika Ratu product.

 Mustika Ratu Cem-ceman

 The bottle is made from plastic that make it travel friendly. I really like the green color and picture on the bottle. It looks fresh. Each bottle contains 175 ml hair oil. Sadly, because it's oil, sometimes, I found the oil run outside the bottle that make the bottle become sticky. Yeah, I don't know that because I don't close the bottle perfectly or because my hands are oily after applying the product onto my hair. I don't know, but yeah, the bottle is sticky and oily. Mustika Ratu should redesign the bottle. I think pump bottle is better to avoid oily hand close the bottle and make the bottle oily.

Its consistency

The consistency of the product is oily (of course, it's oil, right?). It has green color. It doesn't have strong scent. It feels sticky while you applying on your hair. I usually wash my hands right after applying this product onto my hair.

 Its functions and ingredients

How to use :
Apply on hair and scalp one hour before shampooing or at night before bed.

Result :
I usually apply this product one hour before shampooing because I don't really like sleeping with oily hair.
 Before I use this product, I see that my hair became dull and has red hint in some area because of the sun. It's difficult for me to protect my hair from the sun because I don't like wearing hat. After using this product, I found that my hair become black and shining. :) Yup, actually, I can see few grey hairs, but I don't know that because of stress or this product doesn't work on my grey hair. Fyi, right now I'm still doing my thesis and sometimes it stresses me out.

What I like :
- It shine my hair color as my true hair color
- Natural ingredients

What I don't like :
- The bottle, sometimes it's sticky and oily

Absolutely yes. I don't know other companies that have this kind of product.

2. Mustika Ratu Shampoo 2in1 Daun Waru (Hibiscus Leaf Shampoo)
Mustika Ratu Shampoo Daun Waru is for dry and brittle hair treatment. This shampoo contains extraxt of Hibiscus and Phantenol to helps repair the dry damaged and brittle hair, keeps revive your hair's shine.

 Mustika Ratu Shampoo Daun Waru

 The package is same with the hair oil (cem-ceman) minus the oily feeling while you touching it. The only different is the picture on it. One bottle also contain 175 ml shampoo.

Its consistency

The shampoo has gel texture with green color. It's easy to mix with water. This shampoo doesn't have many foam. It has strong scent of leaf, but it doesn't disturb me at all. I even love the smell. First, when I apply the shampoo on my hair, I feel it's a little bit make my hair coarse, but after shampooing, it turn out better.

Its ingredients

How to use :
Use it as usual as other shampoos. Wash your hair, then applying this shampoo (after mix it with water) on your hair and scalp. Then, clean your hair with water.

Result :
It cleans my hair. Hehehhe... Yes, my hair is not as dry as before. But I wouldn't recommend this shampoo for single using only. If you just use this shampoo, without conditioner, I feel that my hair is not smooth. I don't know why. Maybe because it's natural and doesn't many chemical things that have smooth effect. I don't know.
But if you use it with conditioner, it will turn out very well.

What I like :
- Natural ingredients
- Solve my dry hair problem
- The leaf scent

What I don't like :
- The rough effect for single use. Applying conditioner afterward is a must.

Recommend :
Yes, if you're looking for nature based shampoo.

3. Mustika Ratu Bilasan Santan (Coconut Milk Hair Conditioner)
The last product is the hair conditioner. It made from coconut milk with lime fragrance and vitamin E to nourish and moisture your hair. Makes your hair smoother, easily combed, keep healthy, and shiny.

The package is plastick tube with white colour. It's quite big and contains 175 ml conditioner. Although it's quite big, it's still travel friendly.

Its consistency

Its consistency is cream with yellow colour. Its smell like lime. Because the consistency is too solid, I feel that I lavishly use this conditioner. I use two tube conditioner for one bottle shampoo and hair oil. After applying, it gives smooth sensation on my hair.

Its ingredients

How to use :
Apply it to wet hair after shampooing then rinse off thoroughly.

Result :
Yeah, it really works. My hair become smooth after I use this conditioner. Love it.

What I like :
- The lime scent
- Make my hair smoother

What I don't like :
- Nothing

Recommended :
Yes, if you want your hair smoother.

CONCLUSION :
As I said before, I use all this products to treat my hair after using silica product. Yeah it works. My hair getting healthy, smooth, and shiny. Not as healthy as I want actually, but my hair is recover from its problems. I love it. I have used this product for two months. Maybe if I use this product for more long time, I will get the best result.

If I have to rank this 3 products from the best one, it would be :
1. Mustika Ratu Cem-ceman (hair oil), because it's the only one cem-ceman product. And, it works!
2. Mustika Ratu Bilasan Santan (conditioner), because it make my hair smoother.
3. Mustika Ratu Shampoo Daun Waru, because it make my hair rough if I use it without conditioner.

[Review] Hada Labo Shirojyun Lotion, Milk, Essence and Face Wash

Hi beauties, now I will talk about my holy grail skincare, Hada Labo Shirojyun. Hada Labo is a well-known skin care in Japan. Now, they've already produced Hada Labo in Indonesia under Rohto Laboratories Indonesia under licensed and controlled by Rohto Parmaceutical Japan. That's why the price is cheaper than if you buy it in Japan. The variant that I use are Hada Labo Shirojyun Lotion, Milk, Essence, and Face Wash. It will be a long reading girls, so stay tune. :)

 The Hada Labo Shirojyun varian

First, I will talk about my skin condition. I have really dull and dry skin last year. That because I move from temperate country to the tropical country. Besides I chose the non PA++ sunblock. I also have some dark spots on my face. My skin type also changing from oily skin into dry skin and I was late noticing it and I still used my oily skincare on my dry skin. My bad!

I chose Hada Labo because of their claims as a perfect and simple skincare without fragrance and colorant. They also have Hyaluronic Acid that is able to hold water until 6 liters for every gram Hyaluronic Acid. I thought that it would be good for my dry. The two active whitening agents (high purity arbutin and vitamin C) are good for my dull skin. They would be perfect to solve my skin's problems.

How to use them? 

How to use them

First, you have to clean your face using Hada Labo Face Wash. Then, You just put Hada Labo Lotion onto your face, clap it with your palm of hands until the lotion has been absorbed. Wait for a while (just a few minutes). Put Hada Labo Essence on the dark spots or acne's scars. The last put Hada Labo Milk on your face.

To make it easier, I will post one product by one : 

 Hada Labo Shirojyun Face Wash

1. Hada Labo Shirojyun Ultimate Whitening Face Wash

This face wash is really different from others. The one that I noticed while using it was the scent. I don't know how to describe it, but I don't like the scent. Yeah, this product is fragrance free. Now, I've already accustomed  to its scent and it doesn't disturb me anymore. Like other face wash, you just need to put the product on your palm of hand, watering, and make some foams. Then cleans your face with the foam. Wash with water. 

The ingredients: 

Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Butylene Glycol, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Water, Decil Glucoside, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, PEG-400, Sodium Lauroyl Aspartate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Glyceril Stearate SE, Polyquaternium-52, PEG-32, Citric Acid, Polyquaternium-7, Lauric Acid, Stearic Acid, Methylparaben, Hydroxypropyltrimonium, Hyaluronate, Arbutin, Propylparaben, BHT, Sodium EDTA, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Arctosstaphylos Ursi Leaf Extract, Mitracarpus Scaber Extract.

 As I said before, you just need to use this face wash as another face wash. The color is white and consistency is quite thick. And again, the scent is quite disturbing at first.

 Hada Labo Shirojyun Lotion

2. Hada Labo Shirojyun Ultimate Whitening Lotion

Since its name is quite long, I will call it Lotion. Lotion came with blue bottle made from plastic. The lotion is white liquid. It looks like water. I just need one or two drops for my face. I put the water on my face then clap my face until I'm sure that the liquid is already absorbed by my face. Don't put to much lotion, because it'll cause acne. For once a day using, I had finished one 100 ml bottle Hada Labo Lotion for more than 6 months. 

The ingredients : 

Water, Dipropylene Glycol, Glycerin, Arbutin, PPG-10 Methyl Glucose Ether, Disodium Succinate, Methylparaben, Styrene/VP Copolymer, Tremelia Fuciformis Polysaccharide, Succinic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate.

Result :

This product give result more than its claims. It's not only solve my dull and dry problems, but also it's tightening my big pores. Love it so much. This is the only product that I use almost every night for 9 months. Love it so much. 

What I like : 

- Tightening my pores

- Moistening my skin

What I don't like : 

-For single used, its whitening effect doesn't work as well as when using it with the milk or essence

Hada Labo Shirojyun Essence

3. Hada Labo Shirojyun Ultimate Whitening Essence

This essence is only used on the special areas, such as dark spots or acne's scars. This essence came in pump bottle to make the product hygiene. I put this essence after Hada Labo lotion.

The ingredients : 

Water, Butylene Glycol, Diglycerin, Arbutin, Limnathes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, PEG-20, Sorbitan Isostearate, Dimethicone, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Acrylates/C10-30 ALkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Triethanolamine, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hyaluronate, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate. 

Result :

I like this essence. I have many acne's scars and this product my problem well. I just need a month or two to make my acne's scars fade away. Love it.

- None

4. Hada Labo Ultimate Whitening Milk

This consistency is milky and the color is white. I use this produt after the lotion and essence. I put this procut all over my face. 

Ingredients : 

Water, Dipropylene Glycol, Trietylhexanoin, Isopropyl Palmitate, Arbutin, Glycerin, Gleyceryl Stearate SE, Pentylene Glycol, PEG-20 Sorbitan Isostearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Limnathes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Xantan Gum, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Methylparaben, Triethanolamine, Disodium EDTA, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate. 

Result : 

It gave me whitening effect as its claims. Sadly, this product made some acne on my face. I don't know why but it may because I use this product as a night cream. Actually this product is for day using, but I feel this is too tight to wear on day, so I use it at night. And Hada Labo Shirojyun varian actually also has its night cream but I don't buy it.

- Too oily

The different between them

Conclusion : 

How is the result on my? Actually, I just used the milk for almost a month because that product created some acne on my face. If you have some acne, better avoid the acne area because the product is moisturize the skin and make the acne difficult to dry. Now, I thought that it create acne because of purging time, but I'm not sure. It also because I use the day cream for night using. Now, I plan to buy the Hada Labo night cream, I will review later.

For 9 months, I just use the lotion and essence. For the face wash, sometimes I changed with another face wash based on my skin condition. While using it, I had purging for almost 2 months. After 2 months, my skin become better and better. I just use this product in the night because I think that they're to heavy for day.

You can see on the picture above that my skin is getting healthy and healthier. In 3 months picture, my face getting worse because of the purging. The best effect is on my big pores. Now, because I use the milk, my face also become more brighten. 

If I have to choose the product from the best until the least best. It will be : 

1. Hada Labo Lotion for its tightening pores and solve my dry skin problem. (best)

2. Hada Labo  Essence for whitening my acne's scars.

Hada Labo Starter Pack

If you want to try this product but you afraid to buy the full bottle, you can choose the starter pack kit. It contains face wash, lotion, and milk. This kit is cheaper than if you buy in the real size. It only cost around IDR 27,000 (less than USD 3) for this kit. 

The new and old starter kit bottle

Now, Hada Labo also create new bottle for the starter kit. The old bottle has big mouth and sometimes make the products (especially the lotion) spilled or I put it too much. The new bottles are better that the old ones.
